Yesterday, i went to the Post Office at the Phoenix Plaza to pick up a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 inch Tablet that i had purchased on bidorbuy, only to have found that the tablet and ALL the accessories were not in the package that i had opened. I had contacted the supplier from JHB to inquire what had happened and he sent me an invoice from the Post Office in JHB of the weight of the package had when he had dispatched the package at the JHB Post Office. And when i received it yesterday, the package had been tampered with, the seal that the Speed Services had on the package was broken and resealed with brown duct tape with the box of the tablet empty. I am VERY, EXTREMELY disappointed at this level of thievery. People trust you to deliver their property properly & its COMPLETELY UNFAIR to something from another person. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN CHOOSE ANY COURIER SERVICES THAT THE SA POST OFFICE OFFER EVER AGAIN!!!
