Today was the first time I've used any system of courier for my personal assets. I purchased a set of coilovers for my car and it was picked up yesterday at 6 pm from my supplier in Johannesburg. He advised me to call the Durban call centre to know when the package will be delivered etc. When I called a gentleman said the package will arrive at 11 am. When I called at 10 am to confirm someone told me it will be with me at 1 pm to 2 pm. at Half past 2 I called again and was told the package will be with me in an hours time. Eventually I received the package at half past 4... I had to cancel so many appointments just to be here at the time to collect... It's impossible! If I had not called I probably would have never received my parcel... A phone call to confirm an ACCURATE delivery time will not deplete the company's monthly profits by much. This decency has been thrown out the window... please avoid using them
