I am so angry at this careless people, whi are so inconsiderate. i am still without electricity since friday the 22nd of February 2012, it is now exactly 5 days with not electric in the house. i stay in buccluech. all the stuff in my fridge is rotten and there is no proper home cooked meals in the house. they just do not care, yet i have paid my deposit and transferring fee, after having moved into my new house that i bought with a happy heart.
can someone explain how this pathetic company operates... i used to think its customers first but in this care they simply do not care n they keep telling me about some 24 hours which i do not think they know the meaning off.
