I bought a piece of leather from Woodheads in Cape Town on the 19th of Desember and it was picked up on the 20/12/13, with a promise of delivery no later than the Monday 23/12/13.
When I Phoned this morning at 8;15 they took my name and number and said they will call me back.
After no response at 10;45 I recalled and another promise with no results.
I only received the package this morning at 11h00.
Due to this late delivery I lost 12 belts income as I had to cancel all the orders because of no delivery.
This company charges far above average on delivery costs and cannot deliver.
I will never again do business with them!
