One of there staff drove through my canopy with a forklift damaging the 1 side. They send the documentation for a claim and asked me for a Invoice. Even when I spoke to Janine at JHB branch she said they busy with internal investigation and the matter where reported after damage. Now they saying I signed for goods after receiving that is false because I signed on paying the Invoice before receiving goods and that I did not take any Insurance but no staff offered or asked me about any insurance or I did not decline any Insurance. Why do I need to be blamed if they know about it and can see the damaged goods, whey do they look at paper work and do blame sifting??? Where's the person that's responsible??? And why do the CEO phone me back or are available if I ask to speak to him???
