Bad service from Bigfoot Express

Ordered an energizer for my electric fence from DTS security company. Had paid over the monies on the 14/05/2013 and was told that the courier company would collect it, at a cost of R237-50, on the 15/05/2013. It is 15h00 on the 17/05/2013, and I have send an email earlier requesting what was going on. I had to phone them before I had feedback. Seems two parcels were collected from DTS, one going to small rural town in the North western Free State (where I stay) and the other Cape Town.
I have just been told that my parcel is also now in Cape Town, and hopefully it would be back on Monday. I had made arrangements with an electrician to install the new energizer box today, and more importantly my house is unsecure for another 4-5 days, presumming it will hopefully be in the right province by Wednesday. You pay money for a service... And I'm sorry but this is no (to totally poor) service!!!
