I hired Bigfoot Express to move my vending machine from one location to another. They arrived at the designated site with no forklift or anything to take the vending machine off the truck (They got to the site before me). When I got to the site the guys were on the process of dragging my vending machine along the ground to the relevant room. in the process extensive damage was caused, I did take photos. I did log a complaint and have filled in the necessary claim forms sent to me but they have been giving me the run around since August 2012. Every time I enquire as to why it's taking so long for my claim i get told by Devon that he will follow up with head office. It's now Feb 2013 and still nothing is being done about my claim.
I have lost revenue from my vending machine as it needs to be repaired and as not having a job I rely on the revenue from the machine.
