I phoned Maralco Plant Services on Friday 22/02/2013 to inquire about plant hire. When i told Albert what I needed, he started laughing and told me I must be F* crazy. I checked his website before I contacted him and everything I need is, according to his website, available for hire. After his sarcastic outburst, I told him that I thought this type of behavior towards a client is unacceptable, but he didn't even respond, never mind apologize.
All I needed to hear is that he is not interested.
