I purchased a value offer from Corricraft Parkview in October 2013, just a few months ago. On the day the bed that was displayed had a different mattress on that is available for the deal. After falling in love with the design of the bed and the mattress we were informed that the "pearl" is not available with the combo. We even took the upgraded options, since we are very sensitive on our mattress quality.
The sales lady said that the better mattress will give us great pleasure even after I asked if it is not possible to get the even better "pearl" mattress, even if I pay more. The response was NO.
Well now 4 months later I sit with two huge dents in my mattress, even after turning it 7 times. I used another brand for 9 years and it didn't show any signs of use. Why would you sell a set with such a poor quality mattress is my main question.
I don't want this entry level mattress, I start too experience back pain. What now???
