After a disastrous purchase from Mattress King I asked Sealy (via their internet "contact us") to try and assist me in getting a response from Mattress King since they sold me a Sealy product.
Thank you Shaneez @ Sealy that at least you tried to get Mattress King to respond. After an initial contact, Mattress King reneged on their promises again. Mattress King obviouly don't have a clue about customer service.
your efforts are appreciated but maybe you need to consider whether you want a partner like Mattress King!
