We have submitted our documents for registration of our VAT no. and they promised us in 21 days we will have our VAT no.
I have been e-mailing, phoning speaking to managers nothing helped. Everyone just promises that will get back to me and no answer what so ever!!!
One of the consultants there told me that SARS rejected our paper work because our ekurhuleni statement is not having the same address as our Company registration papers and told me to phone ekurhuleni, that they must change it, CIRCUS!!! Anyways, that has been sorted now SARS is having our paperwork and Rapid Business Registration as after our discussion week and half ago should inform me with the update. Just empty promises each day they will get back to me and I am still waiting for their phone call, but sadly nothing. Very bad service and when emails used no reply or you don't know who you dealing with because they do not put their names!!!
That is the first time and the last time our company is using this people beyond horrible service.
