I received a message from my service provider MTN informing me that my service has been suspended upon futher investigation, I was informed by the call centre agent from MTN that a company called Smart Call Technologies has been deducting over R1000.00 from my account for subscription services - Subscribed by whom and why??? MTN is pleading ignorance and advised that I solve this matter on my own- STS is not taking my call despite numerous phone calls???
I need a refund and this silly service which I did not subscriped too, be stopped!!!
