I have a BIG problem with Rapid Business Registration with their service. I submitted the Company amendment with them and I paid the fee and required documents for this procedure in May and they confirmed the receipt of documents within 3 days. They promised me that the amendment take 4 weeks to be completed. Now its nearly the end of September I have been following up telephonically and via email with no luck. They seem to be passing the buck all the time, today you speak with one lady who will refer the matter to the manager and the next day there is no one answering their phones, they are not even responding to my emails. I am sick an tired of their poor service which is unprofessional, all I want from them now is my refund so that I can go to better off companies who really mean business out there.
