After a media blitz of street pole adverts, etc in 2011, I decided to try Rapid Registrations to register a new company. They offered different packages including the one I took for about R2000 which included CIPC registration, PAYE, Income Tax, Tax Clearance and VAT registration. I followed their requirements on their website and submitted ALL required documentation in October 2011. I was asked to come in and fill out more forms which I did in November. Then, NOTHING!!! I went on leave in December/January. Came back and no correspondence, no response. I eventually get a response for my registration on the 2nd of May 2012 that its complete but no documents have been received. I enquire about the other applications and I am told the requirements have changed by SARS and I need to fill out more forms which I did.
I received my CIPC documents in May/June of 2012, then Income Tax registration in June, then Tax Clearance after that. Since then I have been enquiring about the outstanding PAYE and VAT documents and I get the run around or the person who was responsible (Beauty) has been moved to another office. To cut a long story short, its June 2013, no PAYE and no VAT registration.
