The employees of this company does not get back to you regarding any queries. From the manager (Ndomiso), assistant manager (Faith) and consultant (Tebogo) dealing with your registration. Not one of them called back when they said they would. And don't even try to speak to the owner. He is never available and they won't give you his contact details. I requested a PAYE registration online and paid my monies 9 July. No one contacted me and only after several attempts from my side did I manage to speak to someone to obtain the requirements for PAYE registration. Nobody kept me up to date with my registration plus I had to go back to their offices twice to deliver documents regarding the submission because they did not inform me correctly of the required information the first time.
I used Rapid Business for my PAYE registration thinking they would be more helpful and efficient than SARS. How wrong was I!
