In February 2013 I paid rapid to deregister a company for me. When I called in July I was told that it had not been deregisitered becuase I did not have a letter from Sars.
I gave rapid a sars letter and they said they would proceed with the deregistration.
Now in november I am told the company cannot be de-registered yet becuase it is not 2 years in arrears!
I have been to CIPC now myself and they have no record of the submission for de-registration, and know nothing about the 2 year arrears policy.
Rapid Business has not given me any proof of submission and I have to keep calling their office to follow up!
I could have saved the R 450.00 and done this myself and had the company de-registered by June!
Rapid business is anything but rapid! There is an excuse every time I call. I will not use them again!
