On the 17/01, I submitted my application for my business to be registered. I paid the R495, so that I could atleast get my registration number but guess what? Today is the 31st and nothing has happened. I contacted Rapid Business Registration on Tuesday and Oyamba advised that my documents wheren't submitted and by today I would have my registration details. Since this morning she has avoided my calls and the receptionist has been telling me that she's unavailable and that she doesn't know where the manager is. Like really, who wouldn't know where their boss is or other staff members are, sounds a bit suspicious and she's covering up. Please can I have a full refund.
