I ordered an article from the USA which according to the Post Office's customer service was returned as I did not respond to notifications, none of which incidentally I did not receive. Mr Labuschagne, upon having been contacted by customer service phoned me to apologise and also offered assistance in trying to retrieve the parcel that was returned. He kept me in the loop all the time but was unfortunately unable to retrieve it as it was on its way to New York already. I really appreciate the way in which he tried to help me and the effort he has put into trying to retrieve the parcel. This is real customer service and perhaps Mr Labuschagne should be seconded to the Aston Manor Post Office to train their staff, especially their branch manager about proper customer service!!
