SA Post Office
URGENTLY NEEDS MY STUDY MATERIAL!!

I wrote a report on the 9th of February to hellopeter about my Unisa study material not been delivered by SA Post Office. SA Post Office response on my complaint:

Hello Wolsuz,

Thank you for your mail.

Your study material was handed over to the post office from Unisa on 05/02/13 and was dispatched to WORCESTER hub on 08/02/13 for preparation to the Ceres branch.

Estimated time of delivery on items is 3-5 working days and you can expect your material at Ceres post office on Wednesday.

I received 2 notifications to collect my study material from the Ceres Post Office. Only to hear from Ceres Post Office the parcel did not arrive!! Apparently it did not leave JHB yet. ( 15.08.2013) Why do SA Post Office send out notifications if they can not deliver!!!??? I am nobody's fool. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER SA POST OFFICE!!!
