My parcel was posted on the 15th of October from Port Elizabeth. and have been sent all over SA and I still have not received or know if I ever will receive my parcel. this parcel contains live plants and I am hoping for the best but even the customer service department does not have an answer and cant help me. The parcel was sent from PE, arrived in Jhb and was supposed to be sent to Krugersdorp and then Helderkruin Post Office. Instead someone decided to send the parcel to Capetown. It is now again in transit on the way to Witspos. How is this at all possible and cant the people take responsibility for their mess? SA Post Office is just no longer reliable.
