I ordered something online which was shipped via the post office. First my parcel was sent to the incorrect post office and then returned to Tswane Hub. I phoned the post office where it should have been delivered on Saturday and my parcel was not there yet. I told the lady I spoke to (can't remember her name) that I needed it very urgently but as my parcel was not at the branch yet she couldn't do anything.
About an hour later the same lady stopped at my house with my parcel. The parcel had been delivered to the branch after I spoke to her and as I needed it urgently she delivered it to my house for me.
Thank you so much for making sure I got my parcel when I needed it.
