We Received a parcel from Friends in Holland last week, when we opened it all the gifts was cust open and a lot was missing, phoned Tableview Post Office and was told it was customs I must speak to them, have been trying a week to get hold of customs, also send 4 mails to the Post office Customer service with not one being responded to. Also made countles calls to the Post Office customer service, this morning the First one was answered and I am told i must take the parcel back to the post office for Investigation. Why was i not told about this last week from the Post Office when i phoned. the parcel has been opened and the items thatw as left we took out. This is the first time we used the Postal service in many years because of your reputation. Guess what in future we will use DHL and pay more but at least we will get everything.
