Bryanston Post Office is failing to issue notifications to box holders when parcels arrive for them. This leads to long delays with some people only receiving their parcels months later or months after delivery to the post office. When enquiring at the Post Office, staff member informs that there are 'big problems' at the Bryanston Post Office and meetings will be held during the week. What astounds me is that they cannot get an absolute basic right like simply issuing customers of notice a parcel has arrived. Where is the customer service. Where is the management? To find a parcel, one has to page through pages and pages of a hand written log book to find a matching name.
