I would like to comment on the absolutely appalling service that I've received from the Post Office. I was meant to collect a parcel on the 10th of October 2013. When I actually go to that Post Office, they don't know where the parcel is. That's when I started getting sent back and forth between calling Customer Service, Benmore Post Offfice and Witspos.
I'm told that the reason for the parcel going missing is my fault - that I confused them with the address specified on the parcel! I had been using the same address for several packages before that, and they managed to arrive! I have now used the very same address with another company and my packages seem to arrive. I'm now told by your Customer Service that the enquiry I opened on the parcel will probably take up to 3 months. It's ridiculous and uncalled for. This is the last time I ever use your services. i have lost all trust in the organization.
