Sat, 17/09/13 I called the Main, Dormerton, Overport, Musgrave and Point South Beach post offices. The only office that answered was Point South Beach and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Ray. I was querying courier services for a package to be sent to the USA. Ray was unable 2assist immediately and give me the necessary information, as another official was busy with the computer, but he assured me that he will get back 2me with the necessary info. on the said day. I really thought that he wouldn't because in today's time and today's business etiquette and practice - many people don't return calls, don't give you feedback and don't get back to you as promised. But I was pleasantly wrong n surprised when Ray called me back after an hour. He apologized for not being able to assist immediately when I called earlier n for calling me back so late. He supplied me with the necessary information. Ray is a very efficient, polite, reliable and pleasant worker/person. It was so refreshing dealing with a person who knew his work and who is committed. He is definitely an asset to Point South Beach Post Office and gives them a good name. WELL DONE RAY AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK-ITS NOTICED.
