SA Post Office
POOR CONDITION OF BOXES

I have tried many times to bring to the attention of the Post Office the condition of the boxes in Umdloti. I have mailed, called even personally gone into the Umhlanga office but sadly without any feedback. I am paying a substantial amount of money to rent a box as post is not delivered to my building and it can take up to 20 minutes to open the box due to the rust. Sometimes I have to call on the Hardware store to assist. In January I could no longer lock the box and so the fight began... Today I have had absolutely no response to my mails or phone calls and each and every time getting a different person handling the query with or without a reference number.
A coat of rust proof paint is all it takes.
As card renewals are sent to this address I will personally hold the SA Post Office responsible for any on same.
Hoping that this time I get an intelligent response!
