NON DELIVERY ON INTERNATIONAL PARCEL

On 25 October 2013 I ordered something from the US. Remote tracking indicated that the parcel left the US two days after my order. After phoning the Post Office Customer Care centre once a week, for the next three months, I finally got the message that my package has been sent BACK to the US on 20 December 2013.

Every time I called the Customer Care centre they told me the package was not yet in the country.

!!! This is not the first time it happened and Customer Service is absolutely ridiculous. I am extremely pi$$ed at this point in time as it's not the first time this happened.

Post Office delivery is totally unreliable and should never be used. I would pay a premium for courier delivery just to stick it to the Post Office and see their business suffer because of their own bad service.
