28July we bought two Y-Bikes. These bikes are only used when our grandchildren come to visit once a month over weekends. Today one of the Y-Bike handles broke off and the child fell and got hurt. I phoned the Sportsmans Warehouse in WTB. I wanted to go and exchange the bike tomorrow, but the Store Manager is rude and accused the child of braking the bike. Surely a defective product should be exchanged immediately?
