Don't go to Dikhololo - horrible handling of

We went there for the weekend and had a break-in on our chalet. (According to the Brits Police, one of 6 that weekend). The manner in which the resort handled it was shocking! They did not even replace the broken window, but the website advertises it as a peaceful resport with 24 hour security! When we went to reception he next morning and told them that we will be booking out early due to the lack of security and our 'cardboard box window', they made absolutely NO attempt to accommodate us with either a window or another chalet after our very traumatic experience.

The loss of property was also handled appalling as they keep referring to a disclaimer signed when entering the resort that warned visitors not to leave their belongings unattended. A disclaimer with the terms and conditions printed on he backside and not explanation of what you are signing - just a security guard pointing to a line and telling you to 'sign'. If your items are safely locked up in your chalet, how is that unattended. They also denied to replace any of the items through their insurance as 'they did not it'. Horrible experience and unprofessional handling of the incident. False marketing!
