No customer services - no delivery

I have been trying to contact your customer Services number at 0860 111 502 for the past 4 hours, without any answer.

That is just absolutely SHOCKING service!

Yesterday I tried continuously for almost three hours without answer.

This type of service cannot be tolerated.

I mailed a small parcel on 29 Nov 2013 from Chempet Post Office, addressed to Warner Beach post office, tracking number PE808215185ZA

This parcel has simply disappeared.

My customer has been to Warner Beach post office several times but they cannot find that
parcel, despite the fact that they sent him a first notice on 3 December 2013, which is evidence that they received the parcel.

I tried to call Warner Beach post office, but it is not listed on the post offices own online directory!

Another shocker...

I then tried to fill in your Customer Services Contact from on the website, but it insists on
filling in a "Web Form Code", however there is no field to fill it in, and no way to submit the
form after drafting the letter. What an utter waste of time!
