I HAD MY PARCEL POSTED FROM UK ON THE 6TH OF SEPTEMBER 2013 OF THE TRACKING NUMBER RU145341532GB. THEN I CALLED THE EMS TRACKING ON THE 13 TH OF SEPTEMBER I WAS TOLD THE PARCEL WENT TO THE CUSTOMS . THEN ON THE 20TH I CALLED AGAIN ON 0119616000 AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CUSTOMES HAS A BACK LOG AND THEY CANNOT BE ABLE TO GIVE ME THE IR NUMBER TO FIND OUT WHEN MY PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED. ON THE 26TH I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT HAS BEEN TAKEN TO JEPPE POST OFFICE AND I PHONED THE 30TH OF SEPTEMBER OF WHICH JEPPE POST OFFICE TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL PUT ME THRU TO PATRICIA . THEN TODAY ITS THE 1ST OF OCTOBER I SPOKE TO HAPPY AND THEN SHE TOLD ME SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO GET YOUR PARCELS FROM THE POST OFFICE NOT TO MENTION THE PHONES THAT ARE NOT ANSWERED AND BEING SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST . BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS SHAME THAT YOU HAVE TO SPEND AGAIN TO TRY TO GET YOUR PARCELS BY POST OFFICE .IF ANYONE WANTS TO SEND VIA POST OFFICE THINK AGAIN
