I received a noticed from the Post Office indicating that I received a package (this is the note that the Post Office issues), in February. So one would think, that the package will be at the Post Office, waiting for me to come and collect it. I went to the post office a few days later. The first thing they told me was "look at the date" on the notice which has 30 Jan and said it was too late to collect and the package was sent back. A little reminder, I received the noticed in February, NOT January! Now its been 3 weeks, I went to Highveld Post Office more than 3 times and spoken to the manager who keeps promising to keep me posted and find my package. I went again last Saturday and they continue to provide false promises. And on top of that, they blaming the postal strike, which is utter nonsense as the noticed indicates the package is ALREADY at the Post Office. What am I suppose to think? DID YOU'LL TAKE IT??? Because no one appears to know where this package is, which suppose to be IN THE HIGHVELD POST OFFICE as per the notice!
