So for the first 6 months to a year of having a box at postnet, none of my post was delivered. I had to resend my medical aid cards to myself about 10 times, and I have to this day not received them. Nobody knows why this has happened. Apparently the post office is always on strike when I'm expecting a letter or something. Like now, today. I was sent a package overnight via the post office last week. According to the post office, it left it's starting point on 29 January. The post office strike started 31 January, and my package, being from the Cape, has according to officials not been affect. So overnight post apparently doesn't apply when using postnet, because the post office started striking two days after your overnight package was sent. Like that makes sense. I find it incredibly upsetting since I have lost months of post already, and I don't want to lose this package. I have had to send my mail to other people just so I could actually get my post, simply because postnet is pathetic. I am so tired of this company, I am planning to move my business, but who will be replacing any of my lost post? Where has that gone? What about my over night package? Who that now?
