POOR SERVICE ON CUSTOMER CARE

Received my Blackberry a week ago. First I was sent the wrong documentation to sign in order to have my BIS activated, a whole weekend passed, on Monday finally documents were sorted whereby I was promised 8hrs by Annelize for activation. Emailed to enquire about the activation the next day, (more than 8 hrs later), and received no feedback on my enquiry. Think I'm being ignored.

BIS activation has still not been done, it's one week...

When they deal with applications (probably working on commission basis), the service is absolutely fantastic... the aftercare is what worries me.

I need my phone to be activated... what shall I do?
