I had to replace a faulty decoder and tried to phone the Commercial Activation department to activate the new one.. After holding on for 1 HOUR I finally realised that there was obviously no-one there to answer the phone. I then tried again a few times without any success. I finally managed to send a fax. As the Commercial Activation department usually takes up to 48 hours to activate these decoders (why they take so long is a mystery to me) and because its Easter weekend, this may not be done untill next week Tuesday or Wednesday. This is really unacceptable. How do you explain to guests from Europe that you cant get the decoder activated.
We are running a business here and expect better service.
