BAD SERVICE

Got new cellphone contract at Autopage Highveld Mall in Witbank. The service from the sales lady, Debbie, was absolutely terrible. The promises she made regarding feedback, activation of phone ete. etc. were not kept and I had to phone numerous times myself. When we finally received the phone (yesterday) Debbie told me the number had been activated. Today it turned out the sim / phone was never activated nor contract processed by their branch. Debbie blamed MTN. When contacting MTN they referred me back to Autopage. The branch manager assisted me further, and eventually progress was made. However, the branch was still not able to assist with the final settings for which I had to phone customer services at Autopage Head Office.
The BIS activation is still pending but everything appears to be resolved now. I would simply like to advise anyone to NOT deal with Autopage in Highveld Mall, and if they do, DO NOT DEAL WITH DEBBIE.
