Waiting for my sim to be activated

After waiting 6 weeks for my tablet to be delivered from FNB - I am now waiting for the sim card sent with the tablet to be activated. Without activation I can do nothing with the tablet. I was told to phone Cell C as this is their responsibility but when talking to them I was told no its FNB who is supposed to activate the sim as I have a contract with them and not Cell C. 4 phone calls later I am still waiting. Each phone call I am told activation will happen in a few hours. But nothing happens! I have had the tablet for almost a week and its sitting in my draw. What next FNB? Seriously regret changing banks! Service is shocking!!!
