MTN Activation department

We applied for an MTN internet package and finally received it the beginning of the month, we did the rica. and had to wait 24hours.it worked for 3 days and then was cut off. after numerous phone calls (each lasting more than 25min at a time) to to the activation department, and every time have to rica again as it was not done correctly agent at mtn and wait 24hours, just to find it is still not working. then we have to start the whole process again.the activation department must have half a brain cell between the lot of them as its now 2 weeks and the sim has still not been activated. their excuse is they still working on the problem. this department must be part of the government, utterly pathetic.
