I got false confirmation of activation

After my initial complaint on HP, I received a very friendly call to remind me of the turn around time again, and I accepted it, they said my ADSL would be activated by this week. I accepted.

I received an SMS yesterday confirming activation and finalisation of my order. I was so releived as I had to work from home due to my son being hurt, and my signal was so bad, but to my dismay, the sms was false. I tried to connect, I was on the phone with Mweb tech support for over an hour, only to have confirmation that the line is not yet active. I was promised call backs, but nothing happened. It is nearly midday today, and I have still not heard a peep. When I tried to go online, my user name (email address) is not yet active. I dont care what they do, I do not want this hassle any more.

Sort it out, and when its done, phone me, and dont phone me to sign on and do anything from my side. I tried all day. Just tell me my line is up, and that my ADSL is working, and let me just work in peace.
