First National Bank
No activation after 2 weeks

I applied for a smart device which I received. On the package I was advised that my sim card will be activated after 3 working days. It's been more than two weeks and no activation. I called the smart device division on the 27 december 2013 and was advised that Cell C was having problems with their system and the sim would be activated after 3 days to date no active sim.
