MY PHONE IS NOT YET ACTIVATED

I PUT A COMPLAINT ON HERE ON FRIDAY AND RECEIVED MY PHONES EVENTUALLY ON MONDAY, BUT NOW ONLY ONE OF THE PHONES IS ACTIVATED. I REPORTED IT TO ANNELIZE HALL YESTERDAY AND RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM HER YESTERDAY AFTERNOON ASKING WHETHER IT HAS BEEN ACTIVATED AS YET, TO WHICH I REPLIED NO AND HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE AND MY PHONE IS STILL OFF!!! I WANT IT SORTED OUT BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY... IVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH FOR MY PHONES, AND NOW I MUST WAIT AGAIN FOR MY LINE TO BE ACTIVATED... YOU CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE, BECAUSE THERE IS NONE...
