I have for a long time now been trying to locate my parcels with no joy from the Customer Contact Centre. the first parcel I have been expecting was sent in November 2012 tracking number LJ682861915US the second parcel sent in December 2012 tracking number RB118958095CN and lastly a parcel sent April 2013 tracking number LN429932931US.
Please could someone help me to find these, what is the local tracking number and where can I collect my items from? I have not received any form of notification of their arrival. I don't understand if this possibly means we should not use the SAPO services to receive parcels or how exactly do things work.
I'm an unhappy customer and I don't think it is fair that I have had to wait so long.
