My daughter in law queried a parcel at Alberton P.O. using the U.K tracking number I gave her as she never received any notification of its arrival in S.A.. she was informed they could not help her without an S.A tracking number and she left without the parcel. Customer services now told us that they can link the U.K. number to the S.A number and she could have been given the parcel. When Alberton were queried they said this never happened and that my daughter in law had never been there. On the tracking it now says that the parcel was sent back to me in the U.K. on the 19th June, it is now 8th July and still no parcel arrived back in the U.K.
How dare Alberton blatantly call my family liars, there was never any notification sent out whatsoever and no help given at all to my family.
I smell a rat.
