Loong Processing Time and Little Feedback

I am expecting a parcel from the UK with Tracking Number: RU101610125GB. According to the UK Tracking Service, the parcel was handed over to SA Postal Service in Jbh on 06.02.3013. My concern is that is 9 days later, and tried three times to get local tracking number from the SA Post Office Customer Service, with no luck.

In my last attempt, i asked for feedback on how long should i expect to wait, before getting concerned that parcel is missing/lost... however, this lst email was simply been ignored.
