No parcels, no info

I ordered a parcel from the US on the 11th feb with no tracking no and another on the 16 feb with the following tracking no LJ860253556US. To date i have still not received either parcel and when i asked at the post office they say they cant check for the one with no tracking number or the one with a tracking numbe
