Avon Justine, through its chosen courier company, have failed to deliver an order I placed nearly 6 weeks ago. After repeatedly following all of the appropriate channels, no results have materialised. My box is still missing...
Subsequently, I can't place any new orders until the missing box has been paid for. Who's going to pay for it, the couriers who made it disappear?! Definitely NOT me!
I am very disappointed as they have excellent products and I can't afford to loose customers due to especially their bad service by Fast and Furious and Avon not responding to my missing parcel.
