Delayed Parcel

I was supposed to receive a parcel from USA, 12 April. Parcel arrived and cleared through customs before this date. I then started tracing it via SAPO tracking system. Every day from 12 April the parcel is scanned out of the JHB hub, and then scanned back into the hub in the afternoon. Tried to contact SAPO, but that is just a waste of time and money. I've sent numerous e-mails with no response. I don't understand the delay, and not getting any communication from the postal service. Please advise soonest, as this is a very urgent parcel. My RSA tracking number is II279790759ZA
