I have two compliants, both are parcels that I ordered via Etsy but to date have not received either one. The detail of the two parcels are as follow:
Tracking number of Parcel: RB195469372CN was despatched 28/2/2013. I received a notice from Protea Park PostOffice in Rustenburg to collect my parcel. When I called, they discovered that it was the incorrect parcel linked to my tracking number and I have been trying for the past approximate 2 months to get somebody to trace my parcel. I sent 3 emails to Corli Steyn who in very poor language and speling referred me to annah Ledwaba who read 3 of my e maisl, but she does not get back to me.
The other parcel is:
Tracking number RB 102442715HK and it was despatched 24/4/2013. I have been trying to trace the whereabouts but the Customer line 0860111502 keeps telling me to hold, they are busy (Held on this morning for about 35 minutes) and the Internet Link says it is under construction, so I still dont know where this parcel is. It should have been delivered by now.
Please refer and advise if possible.
