A parcel was sent to me from the Uk on 12 October 2013 I cannot contact the call centre nobody answers. The Tracking number is RU149941205GB. I am told that the parcel has not been received. Royal mail tracking tell me it was delivered on October 13th 2013. Who is responsible after delivery? how do you find out if the parcel was scanned and received a local tracking number. Very, very poor service and attitude.
