I sent my camera away for repairs and upon its return, the initially perfect condition lens, was cracked. The lens got sent away again with the hope of receiving a new one. In the meantime I returned to my homeland, France, and today seven months later I am still hanging on a line with no sufficient feedback from your company re my lens. The service quality is unacceptably poor and I hope my complaint will finally be settled.
